Reserving & Renewing
Reserving
If a title you want is on loan or has just been ordered from the book vendor, you have the opportunity to reserve it. Proceed as you would for an order: log into the catalogue and click on “Reserve item” under the desired title. Then select the desired pick-up location and click on “Reserve”. A message will inform you that the reservation has been successful.
You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the item arrives.
Renewing
If you need an item for longer than the loan period and there are no reservations from other users, you can extend the loan period.
To do this, use the renewal option through your loan account or contact the lending desk staff on 0471 471815 or by e-mail (ausleihe@tessmann.it).
